In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Regulations the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby PERMIT the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 10 May 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the plans and information submitted as part of this application date stamped 14th February 2007.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
NOTE The applicant is advised to consult with the Manx Electricity Authority to determine the clearance required from the (overhead high tension line) or (the underground cable) which crosses the site.
NOTE PRIOR to the commencement of any works the applicant is advised to consult the Manx Electricity Authority to ensure that an adequate supply of electricity can be made available to service this development.
NOTE The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.
This decision notice is issued in accordance with Regulation 9(1) of the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
If this determination is running concurrently with a planning application the content of the registered building application is excluded from that consideration. If need be an appeal against the determination of registered building consent must be made independently.
