In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Laxey Village Commissioners Proposal: Refurbishment of existing double court, creation of a second doubles court to replace existing singles and installation of children's play equipment at: Tennis Courts Glen Road Laxey Isle Of Man IM4 7AH
which was considered on 12 April 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing no.s 1, 2, 3 and 4 date stamped the 19th February 2007.
NOTE 1. The applicant is advised that under section 35 of the Land Drainage Act 1934, written consent is required from the Department of Transport for any work carried out on any watercourses throughout the Island. It is strongly recommended that the applicant contact the Drainage Division before work commences on site to discuss the proposed work on the riverbanks.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
