Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawings 00040/1, 00040/2 and 00040/3 received on the 10th January 2007 and 24th April 2007.
NOTE Applicant to consult with the Fire Safety Department in order to discuss general fire precautions contained within this application.
NOTE For a change in the supply to a premises (domestic or commercial) the applicant should contact the IoMWA Byelaws Inspector (Michael Karran), tel. 69 59 57
NOTE The applicant is advised to consult Disability Access Office with regard to the needs of disabled users within the building.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
