Landscaping scheme
Prior to any works on the proposed building, there must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority detailed drawings, showing a suitable scheme for adequate planting along the west boundary of the proposed barn; the approved scheme must be implemented during the first planting season following the commencement of the development.
Agricultural use only
The building must only be used for agricultural purposes.
Materials approval
Prior to the commencement of any works, there must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority samples of the materials to be used for external cladding of the walls and roof panels.
