The Application Site
The application site Belgrave House, 8 Coburg Road, Ramsey, is a two storey detached property which is located on the northern side of Coburg Road.
Planning Policy
The application site is within an area of predominately residential use, under the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Ramsey Local Plan) (No. 2) Order 1998, hereafter referred to as the Ramsey Local Plan. The site is also within the Ramsey Conservation Area.
Proposal
The application proposes the creation of a window in rear elevation.

We have received no privately written representations objecting to the application.
Assessment / Recommendation
The installation of the proposed window will cause no adverse impacts upon the neighbouring residential properties. For this reason the proposal would seem appropriate in this location and therefore my recommendation is for an approval.
