The site lies within the crank, between the Rutland "Coca Vaca" The site presently has on it a warehouse 7.5m x 13m. Proposed is its replacement with a cottage whilst in principle a sketch has been included of a traditional cottage 6m x 11m which fits comfortably onto the site. The site is on that part of the Sink which leads south to Omskale. This application follows on from a recent one to convert to existing structure; this was refused without prejudice to a "wide" application for a new clothing to replace the store. This was subject to conditions regarding drainage, tins and water on off. The trees are now shown; drainage will be in a new septic tank. I am unhappy about the DOT's objection as last time - PA 9910875 - New cokeam was only for pricing + timing.
