This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawings 01 and 02 REV A all received on 29th January 2007.
NOTE This proposals falls within the scope of the fire precautions act 1975 - Fire Precautions (Flats) Regulations 1996. The applicant is required to consult the Fire Safety Department to discuss this application in detail and to have the fire precautions approved. Telephone 647303.

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
