The proposal is to insert a window into the rear elevation of the building. The window will be obscure glazed so as to prevent any overlooking from occurring into the rear windows of No.12 Clarke Street. I therefore recommend that planning permission be granted subject to conditions.

C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
C 2. This permission relates to the creation of a bedroom window as shown in drawing numbers 2006/23/01, 2006/23/02 and 2006/23/03 date stamped 5th December 2006.
C 3. The window to be formed at the first floor level in the south east facing wall of the building shall only be glazed or re-glazed with obscure glass.
