- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawing AT 824.1 all received on 7th December 2006.
- The permission hereby given precludes the display of vehicles for sale on this site.
NOTE 1. There must be No discharge of surface water (including that from roofs and paved areas) from this proposed development to any foul drainage system(s) so as to
comply with the requirements of the Department of Transport Drainage Division and the Sewerage Act 1999.
It should be noted that it is an offence under Manx legislation to permit the discharge of polluting or harmful matter to any public sewers or watercourses. Appropriate measures must be taken by the developer / occupier of the premises to ensure compliance with the legislation.
NOTE 1. The applicant is advised to consult Disability Access Office with regard to the needs of disabled users within the site.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
