The dwelling 3 Summerland, Ramsey, is part of a pair of two storey semi-detached properties which are located on the southern side of Summerland.
Land Use Zoning
The dwelling has been zoned under the Ramsey Local Plan Order 1998 as being within an area of predominately residential; the site is not within a Conservation Area.
Proposal
The application proposes the installation of four solar panels to rear roof. Representations We have received no privately written representations objecting to the application. Assessment / recommendation
The installation of 4 solar panels as proposed would not cause any adverse visual impacts to the appearance of the street scene or to the property itself, and would therefore be appropriate in this location. My recommendation is for an approval.
