In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 27 February 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the installation of 9 antennas and 7 dishes onto the existing mast along with associated equipment cabinets as shown in drawing numbers DO.E1-20641 Sheet 1 of 1 Revision 1 and DO.P2-26457 Sheet 1 Of 2 Rev 3 date stamped 18th December 2006, DO.P2-26457 Sheet 2 Of 2 Rev 1A date stamped 17th January 2007, Supporting letter from Arqiva dated 15th December 2006, Declaration of Conformity with ICNIRP Public Exposure Guidelines dated 18th January 2007.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
