However, all other criteria have not been met.; Highway Services request the following revisions/additional information to be provided: A visibility splay drawing showing the achievable visibility from a 2.4m setback distance; An access drawing showing the width of the access proposed, with appropriate entry splays, a bound and consolidated surface and gates setback 6m from the highway.; Recommendation: Request additional information/revisions.
Conditions requested: Section 109(A) Highway Agreement to be completed post planning consent; provide run off / surface water drainage to prevent water flowing onto or damaging public road; retain existing road drainage or provide effective alternative at Applicant’s expense agreed with Highway Services’ Drainage team
