Time limit and reserved matters

Forward gear access
Any subsequent reserved matters planning application must include provision for vehicles to enter and exit the application site in a forward gear.
Public sewer connection
Any dwelling proposed by any subsequent reserved matters planning application must include provision for connection to the public sewer.
Surface water disposal
Any dwelling proposed by any subsequent reserved matters planning application must include provisions to ensure that no surface water is discharged directly or indirectly to any foul drainage system.
