All external facing materials shall remain as shown on the proposed Drawing No. 272/200 received 20 October 2021, and shall match the external finish of the existing building. Privacy screen installation
The proposed translucent glass privacy screen over the terrace balustrade to provide 1.8m high privacy screening on the terrace (depicted on Drw.272/002) shall be installed prior to the use of the terrace then permanently retained as such. Reason: To safeguard the amenities of adjoining occupiers from overlooking and loss of privacy.
