Re: Planning Application No. 06/01943/B. Address – Baldrine Manor, Ballagawne Road, Baldrine. For the – conversion of existing stone outbuilding to ancillary guest accommodation.

Dear Sirs,

Further to a meeting of Lonan Parish Commissioners the Board has asked me to inform you that they recommend refusal of the above Planning Application.

Grounds for Refusal:

1. The Board whilst not opposing the re use of existing buildings, believe that the building that is the subject of this application is too small for the purpose so required, and is limited in so far as safety is concerned. The Board echo the Fire Officer’s concerns.
