Time limit

Agricultural occupancy restriction
The occupation of the proposed dwelling(s) must be limited to persons whose employment or latest employment is or was in agriculture in the Island and including the dependants of such persons as aforesaid.
Traditional stonework
The exterior stonework must be of a traditional nature. NOTE: Split stone on a backing render is not acceptable as an external finish.
Landscaping scheme
No development may commence until there has been approved by the Planning Authority a scheme of landscaping which includes indications of all existing trees and hedges within the site and details of any to be retained together with measures for their protection during the course of construction. All planting, seeding or turflng comprised in the approved details of landscaping must be carried out in the first planting and seeding seasons following the completion of the development or the occupation of the dwelling, whichever is the sooner. Any trees or plants which within a period of five years from the completion of the development die, are removed, or become seriously damaged or diseased must be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species.
Render sample
Prior to the commencement of building works a sample of the colour and finish of render must be submitted for consideration and approval by the Planning Authority.
