I am directed to advise you that the above application was considered at the Onchan District Commissioners meeting held on Wednesday 27th December 2006.

The Commissioners would recommend that the application be APPROVED for planning purposes subject to the following condition:-

“No objections to the principle of the proposals, but note that the side extension projects forward of a perceived building line to Central Drive.”
