Energy Policy 2
Requires safeguarding of 9m on each side of high tension overhead lines. The eastern extension contravened this due to proximity to 11kV line, but amendment omitted it, satisfying the policy for the approved western extension.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Approved plans - western side only
This permission relates to the creation of an extension on the western side only of the existing building, as shown in drawings, plans and photos reference 06 010 01, 02 and 03 all received on 29th November, 2006.
No eastern extension
No approval is hereby granted to the extension on the eastern side of the building, which would be unacceptably close to an existing overhead electricity supply.
Agricultural use only
The building must only be used for agricultural purposes.
Matching materials
The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
