Condition Compliance Memo

Memomandrum To: Ian McCauley, Director of Planning and Building Control From: Ian Brooks, Planning Officer 4 May 2007 Compliance with Conditions: PA06/02056/B – Installation of a 15.2m high monopole mast with associated equipment cabinets and compound area, Part of Field 234366 Cammall Farm Douglas Road. To consider the submission of details in accordance with Condition 5 of Planning Permission 06/02060/B dated 19th March 2007. Condition 5 stated: "Prior to the erection of the stock proof fencing, details thereof shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority, and those works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details." The applicant has now provided detail drawings relating to the stock proof fencing. I consider the details to be acceptable and I therefore recommend that Condition 5 be discharged.
