This approval relates to the erection of a farm worker's dwelling together with the installation of a new septic tank, hedging and access improvements all as shown in drawings reference WL/06/1009/1, -/2 and the site plan all received on 3rd October, 2006.
No permitted development - extensions etc
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2005 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) no extensions, greenhouses, walls, gates, fences, garden sheds, summerhouses, flag poles, decking, garages, or tanks for the storage of oil for domestic heating shall be erected (other than those expressly authorised by this approval.)
No window/rooflight replacement
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2005, no window nor rooflight may be replaced other than as an exact replacement of the windows which are hereby permitted, without the permission of the Planning Authority.
Agricultural occupancy restriction
The occupation of the proposed dwelling(s) must be limited to persons whose employment or latest employment is or was in agriculture in the Island and including the dependants of such persons as aforesaid.
Access improvements prior to works
The improvements to the existing access, as shown in drawing WL/06/1009/2 must be undertaken as permitted prior to the commencement of any other works on the proposed dwelling.

I had no objection to the original application and consider this proposal to have a low impact on the rural landscape.
Manx Electricity Authority and IoM Water Authority both express interest in the application due to existing infrastructure and request conditions requiring contact for safe working practices and water supply connection; Andrew Jessopp supports the proposal with no objection.
