Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Photographic survey
PRIOR to the commencement of any building works a photographic survey must be undertaken to record the rear of the property and submitted to the Planning Committee for approval. Such a record is to be prepared in consultation with the Conservation Officer of the Department.
Approved drawings
This permission relates to the Existing Roof Plan - Drawing No. 06-S054-SMCS-01, Proposed Elevations - Drawing No. 06-5054-SMCS-04, Proposed Roof Plan 06-5054-SMCS-03 and Site Plan all date stamped on 12th October, 2006.
I do not consider that the proposed have a detrimental impact on the character of the Registered Building as the works are to the modern, rear section and, to the best part, away from public view. I therefore recommend approval of this application.
