Time limit for commencement
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Temporary permission and removal
This approval is for a maximum period of 5 years from the date of this notice; if, at the end of this period, there is not in place planning approval for a further period, the mobile class-room must be removed from the site, and the use of the site must revert to a car-park.
Parking management
The existing staggered arrival and leaving times and the car-parking management regime must remain in operation during the period specified in condition (2) above.
MEA consultation
Prior to the commencement of any works the applicant must consult with the MEA (tel: 687705) to discuss working practices around existing cables in the area of the site; the development must be undertaken in accordance with the recommendations arising from this consultation.
Approved drawings
Subject to the above conditions, this approval relates to drawings numbered KM/01 and /02 and date-stamped 5.9.06.
