It is proposed to replace existing sliding sash windows at Lambfell Beg, Cronk y Voddy, with sliding sash windows to the front elevation and casement to the rear, constructed in Upvc. The property currently benefits from pvc casement windows and the proposed replacements are considered to be an improvement of the existing.

The property is located outside a Conservation Area and is not Registered.

It is considered that all parties, who submitted comments accord with the requirements of Planning Circular 1/06 and are therefore afforded interested party status.
