Agricultural use restriction
The implement shed hereby approved may be used only for potato storage and for the storage and maintenance of agricultural machinery used in agricultural operations by the occupiers of Cornelly House. This shed shall not be used for storage of other equipment or general vehicle storage.
Access clearance
The development hereby permitted shall not be built until the proposed access to the garage extension and implement shed has been entirely cleared of abandoned vehicles, equipment and rubbish.
Fields clearance
The development hereby permitted shall not be brought into use until field nos. 324254 and 324255 and the field adjacent to the proposed implement shed have been entirely cleared of all abandoned vehicles, equipment and rubbish, subject to the terms of the February 2007 Court Order in respect of the field adjacent to the implement shed.
