Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing no.s 06001501 and 06001503 date stamped the 20th September 2006.
NOTE The applicant is advised that a water mains is understood to run along the frontage of the property. Prior to the commencement of works it is recommended that the Isle of Man Water Authority are contacted to discuss safe working practices.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
