Officer's Report
The application is to install upVC casement windows in the front and rear elevations to match the adjacent property. I have tried to negotiate with the applicant to install timber sliding sash. The applicant has considered this but ruled it out on cost ground. The proposed windows are unobjectionable. I therefore recommend that planning permission be granted.
