Planning permission was granted in December 2005 for the construction of stables to replace an existing storm damaged building at Sunnybank, West Baldwin (PA 05/02026 refers).

This application seeks approval to construct an extension to those stables to incorporate a tack room and toilet, constructed with a mono pitch roof and in materials to match the existing stables. The stables are currently under construction and the proposed extension is considered to be acceptable, in keeping with the overall design and without adverse impact on the appearance of the building within the landscape.
