The following planning applications have been considered by the Peel Town Commissioners.
06/01214/B Conversion of garage/workshop into living accommodation including extension rear, garage and yard, 8 Circular Road, Peel. RECOMMENDED FOR APPROVAL
06/01220/B Alterations and creation of two bay windows to side elevation, Thie Ny Marrey 31 Shore Road, Peel. RECOMMENDED FOR APPROVAL
06/01174/B Removal of part of roadside bank and erection of fencing, 7 St. Patricks View, Peel
06/01175/B Removal of part of roadside bank and erection of fencing, 8 St. Patricks View, Peel
06/01176/B Removal of part of roadside bank and erection of fencing, 9 St. Patricks View, Peel It was the Commissioners view that these applications for replacement wooden fences was inadequate due to the high level of the gardens compared to the lower roadside level. It was suggested that a low retaining wall be incorporated with the fence. RECOMMENDED FOR APPROVAL
