Neighbour Objection Letter

Dear Sirs,

Re-Planning Application 06/01168/B "Regent House", Promenade, Port Erin

I am the owner of the property:-

"AALIN" SEA FRONT HOLIDAY FLATS, Promenade, Port Erin IM9-6TD. which is adjacent to "Regent House."

I would like a Proviso attaching to this application - that the work be carried out after the end of September and completed before Easter.

We are a tourist accommodation establishment with a comparatively short season which could be seriously affected by noise during the construction of these dormers, also loss of privacy for our guests if scaffold is erected as the main access route the roof area at the rear of the premises, men on this scaffold would directly overlook the windows of our establishment
