Dear Paul, Please amend the site address to include nos. 13 & 11. The reason these two adjoining properties need to be included is that as you can see from the photo of the rear elevation, drawing number 449-01, no. 12's chimneys to the rear are actually in no. 13 & 11s roof space. Also please note the reason for the rear chimneys removal is considerable water ingress from both sides, causing damp in the attic ceiling directly below the flashing.
