Officer's Report

Approval is sought for the erection of signage at NFU Mutual, Agricultural House, Ballafletcher Farm Road, Braddan.

The signs would be sited on the building and adjacent to the highway with a sign erected on two posts, the maximum height being 800mm, which, given the proposed location adjacent to the larger Isle of Man Agricultural Marketing Society, would not, it is considered, be detrimental to the visual amenity of the area or highway safety.

The proposal is considered to be acceptable.
