Officer's Report
Planning approval is sought for the construction of a two storey garage, with the upper level being ~~sued~~ to accommodate a maintenance hoist at Glen Moar Tea Rooms, Laurel bank, St Johns.
The site contains a number of buildings constructed in an 'L' with two existing garages ~~to~~ be demolished to accommodate the new building. The applicant's agent advises that the building has been designed with windows to the upper level to provide a 'domestic' appearance.
The proposal is considered to be acceptable.
