In any assessment of this application PLEASE BE AWARE that the Case Officer may undertake to visit the site to ensure 1) the site notice has been correctly placed/erected, 2) check the application content against the proposed work / site levels 3) speak to neighbours, if they feel it relevant, and 4) Take photographs where necessary.
THE DECKING HAS BEEN STARTED WITHOUT PLANNING APPROVAL AND WE SEEK TO RECTIFY THIS BY SUBMITTING THIS RETROSPECTIVE PLANNING APPLICATION. THE PROPOSED WORKS FORM PART OF THE REFURBISHMENT OF THE LOWER GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT. THE DECKING REPLACES THE EXISTING PATH AND STABILISES THE ADJACENT GROUND AT THE TOP OF THE BANKING. WE HAVE SUPPLIED SOME PHOTOGRAPHS AS EXISTING AND SOME PHOTOGRAPHS OF HOW WE SEE THE DECKING WHEN COMPLETE.
