In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 31 July 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The use must be taken up within four years of the date of this notice in order for this approval to remain valid after that time.
- This approval relates to the use of the ground floor space shown in drawings K088/P/10-02 and -/02 both received on 16th June, 2006 as a shop as described in Class 1 of Schedule 4 of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2005.
NOTE For a change in the water supply to a premises (domestic or commercial) the applicant should contact the Isle of Man Water Authority Byelaws Inspector (Michael Karren), telephone 695957.
NOTE The Applicant's attention is drawn to the recommendations of the Disability Access Officer, a copy of which is attached to this notice.
NOTE The applicant is advised to consult the Fire Safety Department to discuss the general fire precautions within the building.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
