The site falls within an area zoned for Predominantly Residential use.
The Proposal
The application proposes the installation of three roof-lights:-
a) one of the front, ; and b) two at the rear, each .

Assessment
The roof-lights are a little larger than is permitted by the P.D.O (up to three, no more than 1.59 m.
The building is not of particular architectural merit, and the area is not a Conservation Area.
There would be no adverse impact in my judgement.
