In pursuance of their powers under the above Acts and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Isle of Man Local Government Board does hereby APPROVE the application made by you
Alterations and renovation of 2 agricultural barns (A & B), including provision of living accommodation in barn B, East Sartfield Farm, Jurby
which was considered at a meeting held on the 12th September, 1986, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule.

Effect of initial decisions
- (1) An initial decision shall not have effect until the time for applying for a review of the decision has expired and, if such an application is duly made, until the review thereof, and any subsequent appeal in respect thereof, has been finally disposed of or until the relevant times for appeal have expired or the relevant appeal has been duly withdrawn.
