THERE ARE NO TREES ON THE SITE AND THE HEDGEROWS ARE AT THE BOUNDARY EDGE OF THE SITE AND WILL NOT BE AFFECTED BY THE ROAD OR SETTING OUT OF THE PLOTS, TREE LOCATIONS WILL BE RECORDED IN THE RESERVED MATTERS APPLICATION. THE APPLICANT OWNS THE LANE PROVIDING ACCESS SO THERE IS NO ALTERATION TO A PUBLIC HIGHWAY AS THE LANE REMAINS UNALTERED AT THE POINT WHERE IT CONNECTS WITH THE PUBLIC HIGHWAY AT THE THRESHOLD.
