In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Department Of Education Works Division Proposal: Installation of timber windows and doors to replace existing and removal of two dormers on front elevation at: St Johns School Main Road St Johns Isle Of Man IM4 3NA
which was considered on 23 May 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to Drg. No’s 16822/01;02 and 03 submitted as part of this application and date stamped 4th April 2006.
- The materials used to re-instate the roof following the removal of the dormers, must match the existing roof tiles in all respects.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
