The Town And Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005
TO: Montenova Limited, The Blossoms, Hillberry Green, Douglas, Isle of Man.

In pursuance of his powers under the above Act and Order, the DEPUTY MINISTER for Local Government and the Environment, following report by the appointed person, does hereby APPROVE the application by Montenova Limited – Erection of a detached dwelling, Plot 121, Cronk Liauyr, Tromode, Douglas, subject to compliance with the following conditions:-
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawing MON-01 REV B and MON-02 all received on 30th June 2006 and 18th April 2006.
- Details of the boundary fences shall be submitted to, and approved, in writing by the Planning Authority before any development commences on site. The proposed fences shall not replace the new fences erected by the adjoining owners which shall be retained and the proposed fences shall not be less than 1.8 metres tall above finished ground level behind the building line and designed to impede overlooking of the adjoining properties.
Note 1: For single connections to a water main (i.e. a single dwelling) the applicant should contact Isle of Man Water Authority Customer Services, telephone 695949.
Note 2: The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains-wired interconnected domestic smoke detection. Dated this 16th day of January 2007. By Order of the Minister
