In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food
and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Delgatie Limited, for the Information in
relation to condition 30 & 31 of 20/01467/B - Erection of a building to provide exhibition space, re-
tail, apartments and restaurant with associated parking spaces at The Former Marine Biological Sta-
tion, Breakwater Road, Port Erin, Isle Of Man, IM9 6JA
Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.
In this instance the submitted Agent statement on ventilation (dated 9 November 2022); Stage 1
Ventilation Strategy Report prepared by SVM Building Design and Services (dated 8 November 2022),
Agent statement on Noise and Insulation (dated 11 November 2022); and Proposed Acoustic Detail for
Block D (Drawing No. RBA_224_(21)_A901) are deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome as
recommended by the case officer and would be satisfactory to discharge the planning condition 30 &
31 of this planning application.
