In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: HSBC Bank Plc Proposal: Alterations, installation of two ATM's and replacing some masonry sections with panel glazing at: HSBC House Ridgeway Street Douglas Isle Of Man IM1 1ER
which was considered on 26 May 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawings [20] 226 A, [20] 201 , [20] 206 and [20] 221 F all received on 9th March 2006.
NOTE The Disability Access Office have recommended:-
The area surrounding an ATM should have an illumination of at least 200 lux at floor level.
A knee recess at least 500mm deep and 700mm high should be provided for all ATM's.
The controls of an ATM should be provided between 750 and 1000mm.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
