This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawing 06/98/2 all received on 16th March 2006.
No polluting discharges
It should be noted that it is an offence under Manx legislation to permit the discharge of polluting or harmful matter to any public sewers or watercourses. Appropriate measures must be taken by the developer / occupier of the premises to ensure compliance with the legislation.
Separate drainage systems
The extension must be served by two separate private drainage systems, surface and foul drain to the curtilage boundary at the rear of the property and then combine to the existing tail.
Heritage roof lights
The two roof lights on the front elevation must be heritage style measuring 900mm wide and 1100mm long as confirmed in the letter from the agent dated 17th May 2006.
