In pursuance of his powers under the above Act and Order, the MINISTER for Local Government and the Environment, following report by the appointed person, does hereby APPROVE the application by Mr C Wallis for the approval in principle to convert a property into two town houses and create parking provision at Eaton House, Lezayre Road, Ramsey, subject to compliance with the following conditions:-
- This approval is in principle only and will remain valid for a period of two years within which time no development may take place until such time as details of the reserved matters (siting, design, external appearance, internal layout, means of access, landscaping) have been approved by the Planning Authority. Such reserved matters should form the subject of a single application.
- This approval relates to the property defined by the red line as shown on drawing No. 06/2000/02 date-stamped the 7th February 2006.
- Prior to the occupation of the two dwellings the three parking spaces indicated on plan no. 06/2000/02 shall be provided and thereafter maintained for the sole use of the occupants of the two dwellings.
