Re: PA 06/00342 – Installation of 3 roof windows, Kerrowdhoo Farm, Little Mill Road, Onchan

I am directed to advise you that the above application was considered at the Onchan District Commissioners meeting held on Monday 20th March 2006.

The Commissioners recommend that the application be REFUSED for the following reasons:-

"The roof lights are too large and incongruous for the size and scale of the property but that such refusal be without prejudice to the submission of a revised application showing roof lights of a more appropriate size."
