Prior to the installation of the replacement front door, the applicant must have approved in writing by the Department details of the colour, number and size of glass pane on the upper section, and the design pattern of the decorative upper section. The development must be undertaken in accordance with these details and retained as such thereafter. Reason: to ensure that the proposed door is sympathetic to the Conservation Area in which the property sits.
