This permission relates to the creation of a covered store and parking facilities all as shown in drawings reference 1158-01 Rev A and -02 received on 28th March and 19th January, 2006 respectively.
Surface water drainage
There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
Electricity consultation
Prior to the commencement of works on site, the applicant must consult the Manx Electricity Authority regarding the low voltage overhead line which crosses the site.
Boundary wall lowering
The front boundary wall and pillar to the west of the access must be lowered to 1m in height prior to the commencement of works on site.
