THE APPLICATION SITE AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
The application site comprises of a property contained within Cooyrt Balleigh complex in Ramsey.
The proposed development comprises of the removal of part of an existing bay window, the blocking up of an exiting window and the insertion of a new window.

There are no previous planning applications that I consider to be specifically relevant to the assessment of this current planning application.
REPRESENTATIONS Ramsey Town Commissioners have no objection to the planning application. PLANNING POLICY
The application site is within an area recognised as being within predominantly residential use under the Ramsey Local Plan. The written statement that accompanies the local plan does not contain any polices that I consider to be specifically relevant to the assessment of the planning application.
Assessment
I consider the overall level of development contained within the proposal to be relatively modest and to be without adverse impact on public or private amenity.
I recommend that the planning application be approved.
Party Status
I consider that all parties that made representations to the planning application meet the criteria of Government Circular 1/06 and should be afforded interested party status.
