Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawing 72/22.1400.D01, 72/22.1400.D02, 72/22.1400.D03, 72/22.1400.D04 and 72/22.1400.D05 all received on 8th December 2005.
NOTE Measurements and any other information for ramps and steps can be obtained from the Disabilities Access Office.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
