In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mr & Mrs T L Goodfellow Proposal: Erection of a 6kw wind turbine on a 9 metre self supporting tapered mast with concrete base adjacent to at: Croit- E- Creaill Andreas Road St Judes Isle Of Man
which was considered on 11 April 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of a wind turbine as shown in drawing numbers 4, 5, and 6 date stamped 14th December 2005, 4a, 5a, 5b date stamped 15th February 2006, the letter from TL & JE Goodfellow dated 14th February 2006, and the Technical Specification Sheet from Proven Wind Turbines.
NOTE If the applicants require to connect the wind turbine to the MEA electricity supply they must make an application to the MEA as soon as practicable as there could be implications for its location and electrical installation of the wind turbine.
All work on site should be carried out with reference to HSE Guidance note GS6 and HSE Guidance note HS(G)47.
The applicant is advised to contact the MEA for an Electrical Site Safety 5.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
