In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 7 February 2006, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the installation of access ramps and handrails and the alterations to existing doors as shown in drawings D01, D02A, D03 and D04 all received on 16th December, 2005.
- Prior to the commencement of work on site, the line of the existing sewerage must be identified and all sewers protected during the course of construction. No part of the proposed development may be carried out within 3m of any sewer.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
